– Nepotism বা Favoritism হল ক্ষমতা বা প্রভাব খাটিয়ে অন্যায় ও অন্যায্য ভাবে নিজের পরিবার বা আত্মীয়ের পক্ষপাতিত্ব করা বা সাহায্য করা। যাকে এককথায় বলে স্বজনপোষণ বা আত্মীয়পোষণ।

– Nepotism বা স্বজনপোষণ যেমন চাকরি বাকরি, রাজনীতি, ব্যবসা বাণিজ্য যে কোনো ক্ষেত্রে হতে পারে।
