বাংলা অর্থঃ

– RSVP এর পূর্ণরূপ হচ্ছে “‘Repondez, s’il vous plaît’” ইহা একটি ফরাসি বাক্য যা ইংরাজিতে অনুবাদ করলে অর্থ হবে – ‘Respond, if you please’ or, better still, ‘Respond please.’

– অর্থাৎ দয়া করে উত্তর দাও বা দয়া করে সাড়া দিন।

– Please reply এর পরিবর্তে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

– বিশেষ করে যখন আমরা কোন invitation নিমন্ত্রন পাই তখন নিমন্ত্রণকারী লিখে থাকেন RSVP বা Please reply.
