আড়ালে (শঙ্খ ঘোষ
দুপুরে রুক্ষ গাছের পাতার
কোমলতাগুলি হারালে-
তোমাকে বকব, ভীষণ বকব
আড়ালে ।
যখন যা চাই তখুনি তা চাই ।
তা যদি না হবে তাহলে বাঁচাই
মিথ্যে, আমার সকল আশায়
নিয়মেরা যদি নিয়ম শাসায়
দগ্ধ হাওয়ার কৃপণ আঙুলে-
তাহলে শুকনো জীবনের মূলে
বিশ্বাস নেই, সে জীবন ছাই!
মেঘের কোমল করুণ দুপুর
সূর্যে আঙুল বাড়ালে-
তোমাকে বকব, ভীষণ বকব
আড়ালে ।।
English Transliteration:
Dupure rukko gacher patar
komolotaguli harale
tomake bokbo, vishon bokbo
aarale.
Jokhon ja chai takhon e ta chai
ta jodi na hobe tahole bachai
mitthe, Amar shokol aashay
Niyomera jodi niyom shashay
Dogdo hawar kripon aangule
tahole shukno jiboner mule
bishash nei, she jibon cai.
Megher komol karun dupur
Shurje aangul barale
tomake bokbo, vishon bokbo
aarale
